I don't think it was the Stooges song I think that it is this song:

B-I-BI.
©1941
By Beverly Freeland, Judy Freeland and S. K. Russell.
Charles Rinker Music Pub. Co., 1941.

First line of song:
"The Joneses had a get together, the gathering was large, but"
First line of refrain (chorus):
"B i bi b o bo b i bitty bi b o bo bitty bi bo b u boo bitty'

That's all I could find.

The name game! (by Shirley Ellis)

Shirley!
Shirley, Shirley bo Birley Bonana fanna fo Firley
Fee fy mo Mirley, Shirley!

Lincoln!
Lincoln, Lincoln bo Bincoln Bonana fanna fo Fincoln
Fee fy mo Mincoln, Lincoln!

Come on everybody!
I say now let's play a game
I betcha I can make a rhyme out of anybody's name
The first letter of the name, I treat it like it wasn't there
But a B or an F or an M will appear
And then I say bo add a B then I say the name and Bonana fanna and a fo
And then I say the name again with an F very plain
and a fee fy and a mo
And then I say the name again with an M this time
and there isn't any name that I can't rhyme

Arnold!
Arnold, Arnold bo Barnold Bonana fanna fo Farnold
Fee fy mo Marnold Arnold!

But if the first two letters are ever the same,
I drop them both and say the name like
Bob, Bob drop the B's Bo ob
For Fred, Fred drop the F's Fo red
For Mary, Mary drop the M's Mo ary
That's the only rule that is contrary.

Okay? Now say Bo: Bo
Now Tony with a B: Bony
Then Bonana fanna fo: bonana fanna fo
Then you say the name again with an F very plain: Fony
Then a fee fy and a mo: fee fy mo
Then you say the name again with an M this time: Mony
And there isn't any name that you can't rhyme

Every body do Tony!
Pretty good, let's do Billy!
Very good, let's do Marsha!
A little trick with Nick!

The three stooges sang:

B... A...Bay
B E Bee
B I Bicky bie
B O Boe
Bicky Bie boe
B U Bue
Bicky Bie Boe Bue

And so on. In the number the stooges were school instructors at a girls school.

It's possible to invest a lot of time and income searching for ways to teach your kids how to see and improve their studying skills. Is hard to show a small child how to read, and actually enticing them to learn is a challenge in itself. But it does not have to be like that when you got the aid of the program https://tr.im/110pC , Children Learning Reading program.
With Children Learning Reading you may teach your son or daughter how to separate appears and break words in to phonemes, an essential point when your child is simply understanding how to spell.
The studying process from Children Learning Reading program allows you for kids to see rapidly and correctly, from simple phrases to sentences till they learn to read stories.
