I read a spoiler that said: • Izzie will be reunited with her daughter, and it’s someone we’ve already seen on the show.
Ive seen every episode and didnt know she had a daughter??

She does have a daughter and was mentioned in the second season and that's when we saw a picture of her. After that one episode though, there was no mention of her again. Izzy put her up for adoption because she knew she couldn't take care of her and she didn't want her to have to grow up the same way she grew up but from what she said, she still keeps in contact with her. I'm pretty psyched to see who the daughter is because the picture didn't look like anyone i've seen on the show before.
BUT,
i actually think I know who it is.
The little girl who was with Meredith during the Ferry crash. I thought there was something weird about that girl and her being Izzy's daughter would just be unreal. Plus, the woman that claimed the girl was a brunette and the girl had blonde hair.

remember the girl who came in and was like 16 and was pregnant
well Izzy was helping her and she brought up the subject of herself because she also got pregnant early on and gave her daughter up for adoption

I believe in a previous episode she talked about giving up a child for adoption as a teenager.

yeah. there was an episode when she talks to some girl about having a daughter and giving it up for adoption.

Supposedly she did. perhaps the blonde girl is hers, and was adopted by the Mom she was reunited with on last week's episode
