I am currently starting a non profit business and will be working underneath an already established?

non profit orginization and I am in need of creating a budget for my theatre company, are there any sites that can instruct or show detailed formats for community theatre budgets in particular?

You should take a look at the American Association of Community Theaters: www.aact.org.

Their web site contains a lot of information for starting up a new theater company.
