Yahoo! Answers is a free and quick way of telling jokes, funny questions, etc. Will this cause the CIAA (Comedy Industry of America Association) to send notices out and/or sue all Yahoo! Answers participants that indulge in this type of funny activity?

They can sue but they don't have a case because basically this is a free speech type forum. Albeit it is a private forum with certain restrictions.
