Go to http://www.mbusbyuk.info/links.html and scroll down the page until you come to the free online anti-virus and anti-spyware scanners. I suggest you select the Panda ActiveScan link because it's very thorough and will disinfect anything it finds in your system.
If you've no anti-virus or anti-spyware software installed on your comp, I suggest you also take a look at the free anti-virus and anti-spyware links at the same site http://www.mbusbyuk.info/links.html

click start,then search,type in that address,when it comes up,right click and delete.That should take care of it...good luck
