My son hasen't been eating properly in a couple of days. For somereason he's just not interested in eating, No veggies No fruit, Not even KD.
He's thrown up 3 times since saturday, the doctor said it sounds like a stomoch bug.
But since the last time I saw the doc my son has started having almost white bowle movements. What does that mean? He seems to be still active and in good spirits. But I'm concerned about his poop. Why is it white? (not like wedding dress white, but like really really light brown)

If it's WHITE, that means that something is affecting his LIVER. Take him back to the doctor inmediatly and tell him about this.

If it's light brown, then there is no problem. It's normal stool color and indicates that food has go though the digestive track real fast.

Good luck

Te color all depends on the food he's eating. You said he's not eating normally and you're probably giving him some antibiotics and I'm sure lots of fluids. Is his pee really clear also? If he's still vomiting after 3 days a trip to the er maybe needed to rehydrate. Unfortunately if it is a "stomach bug" there's not much that can be done but wait it out.
Keep giving him fluids and bland diet, toast, white rice, crackers.
NO juice or soda!!! That will prolong the symptoms.
Pedialite is great, get him the Popsicles (kids love those)

Also, have his blood sugar tested as well. His pancreas may not be producing insulin if he's constantly drinking what you think to be "too much".
