Ginger tea helped me tremendously. I bought ginger powder in caplets at the health food store. I boiled water & added the ginger powder w/some honey to make a tea. It was tasty & stopped my morning sickness in it's tracks. Good luck!

I had morning sickness for 3 months and I couldn't find any cure for it. The best advice I could give you is to hang in there and it won't last forever, even though it seems like it at the time! I remember thinking won't there be any morning when I won't wake up puking in my toilet????!!!!!

Hang in there, my sickness stopped at about 5 months. It was terrible but it doesn't last forever!

I had AWFUL morning sickness to the point where I couldn't even drink water and keep it down, the doctor gave me Zofran, and I'm soooooo much better off now, it allowed me to function and be able to go back to eating semi-normally. It does nothing for heartburn but works wonders on nausea...hope this helped!

With my first, I used to eat saltine crackers. With this pregnancy, I would drink water when I woke up, or chewing peppermint gum like Dentyne Ice would get rid of that feeling. Even eating would help. It turned out I was feeling nauseous when I would wake up because it had been too long between dinner and breakfast.

I am sure you have already tried the standards, so I will stay away from crackers, opening windows when cooking, etc... If it is untolerable, and/or it is causing you to lose weight, talk to your doctor about diclectin. If they are concerned they will perscribe it for you. It is amazing. It has also been proven safe and endorsed by motherisk for over 30 years... Good luck.

If nothing is working, I would see if your doctor can perscribe you something. My friend had really bad morning sickness and started loosing weight. They gave her something (can't remember what it's called) and she said it worked great. No more morning sickness.

No "cure" necessarily...all you can really do is your best to relieve it/keep it at bay. Try saltine crackers, sip room temp ginger ale, club soda...whatever helps settle your stomach.
Hang in there!

Try soda crackers (before you even get up -- put some on your nightstand before you go to bed at night) and ginger ale (not necessarily at the same time, though).
