Sorry to here about your fathers actions. Unfortunately this happens all to often. My motto has been " A few moments of Ecstasy is not worth a life time of misery . There is many factors to consider to answer your question. Your age your mothers age. financial status. It time to take inventory of your financially situation and your emotional state of mind. Your must realize that one person cannot change an-others person. They must be inspired to change. If your father is acting like this then it is time to be strong and in dependant. This situation may be the best thing that has happened to your mom, and time is healer. It may be time to focus on what life may be without your father around. Will she be happier. but remember that if this was to go to court, the court system may hold negative emotional distress.
The meaning of Life is Time and what you do with it. Its Time to place your thoughts into the positive aspects in Life and discard the negative.
Your mother must be strong and take control of this situation. Your Father needs to be inspired to do some self discovery. and not sit on the middle of the fence. As a daughter/son Your must let him know that his actions are not fair to you as well. Not only is he cheating on her but on you as well. And a good roll model, he is not at this time.
In closing Just for asking for help your thoughts are pure and your heart is warm. these qualities in your life are Nobel and don't let your heart become bitter. Life = actions in time. Spread your love around and all goods things will happen to you.

Yours truly
Paytair

PS these times will pass but it's up to you and your mom to become strong and most of all look for the positive in life. With or without your father. Your father needs to rediscover himself and make a final decision. If not Then it up to yous to decide.

If she dont need the proof, why don't she just pack up and move out? Sounds like you and Mom are just trying to keep things going with Dads family. Get a life!

Try to confront your dad about it sweetie, and maybe if you ask him he will try to be honest, 'cause he knows that it is his job to be a good role model and to tell the truth. So give it a shot.

You can help your mom by being there when she needs you...listening to her, talking to her, and by basically supporting her. She's just been betrayed by her husband, so your support is incredibly important and helpful. I'm so sorry this is happening..

Just be there for her. This is a tough time and she needs to do what she needs to do to make it right in her mind.
Talk to her, communicate, that way she knows you're there for her.

Good Luck Sweetie
