I want to help my mother find a job in Singapore.Any help?

My mother is currently unemployed and she is looking for a new job with a stable salary.She has work as a shop manager before with shops like The Body Shop,Dano and G2000.She has been working as a manager for more than 12 years.Even though she doesn't have any high qualification,she is a very presentable young looking woman and is very fluent in english.She is 45 years old but don't judge her by her age.She's a lot younger than you thought she would.The reason why she got fired previously is because of her abusive and violent husband.Her husband would harass her every single day and would make her stay at home and not work.Now that she's divorced,she wants to get her career back on track.But she's finding it hard to find a new job because of her age.She is a very competitive person and is willing to work hard in every possible way.She has the right attitude towards work and i do believe she deserves a second chance.I really hope you can help my mother out.THANK YOU!
