Should public Pennsylvania transportation, fund the board game Go?

Perhaps I lead a sheltered life, but who-ever heard of the board game go, although, the game has apparently been around for centuries?

Great game, it's one of those easy to learn, lifetime to master games.

Trying to put in terms that you migh understand, sorry if I offend someone.

It's has the simplicity of Checkers but the tactical and strategy depth of Chess.
