Hello,
I am awake and well, thank you.
Although I communicate via the UK & Ireland thing, I currently sit & type this in the Sultanate of Oman, near Muscat, - a splendid place, with a sat link, and the BBC world service has just infomed me that it is 17:00 in the UK precicley, GMT, which makes it just after 9pm here.
I wish that they would stop fiddling with time.
I have to adjust umpteen clocks & timers twice per annum,
and being 4 hrs ahead does not help.
Never mind, I shall see sunrise at about 2.30 am, London time.
Also I awake to the knowlege that Western Wales is some four minutes out from Eastern Suffolk.
So I use "Zulu" time. A military pip-pip thing from the UK Rugby transmitter, which can automatically re-set time-peices world-wide, to GMT.via the good old BBC., a few times per second. Jigger BST !
A pestulance upon it !
Time is an illusion, and lunchtime doubly so.

Oh perhaps that should of been 10:30 am for London sunrise.
I just got back from New York, so am more than a tad confused !
