how do I use a live webcam as my windows decktop background?

ive tried to do this before, this didnt work, but mabye you might find a way to fine tune, in the desktop label click on browse , and open up c:drive program files. whatever application your cam uses to capture (on mine it is arc soft video impression) on your desktop. Get my drift
