I just found out that I am 4 weeks PG, and I am so excitied, cause we have been trying for about 3 months, and I never though it would happen this soon....but here I am PG. I am just so scared I will have a misscrages now. I have a 5 year old girl now, and I never had any problems with her, she was a healthy full term baby. I am 26 now, I have never smoked, or I don't do drugs, or drink either. I do drink a bit of tea, I always try and make it decafe too, but I have had tea that wasn't. How can I make myself feel better that my baby will be ok, and healthy?

Any feedback would help, thanks :)

EVERYONE feels this way! It's so normal...just remember that it's probably not going to happen and there isn't much you can do if it IS going to...stress isn't good for you right now, so focus on the positives!
Start an exercise regime (I like fitpregnancy.com for this) and eating plan so you can have a healthy pregnancy and birth.
Congrats!!

Just relax, you can't help what is going to happen any more than any other mother. Just do the things you CAN help like eat healthy and stay off drugs and alcohol (and smoking). Those are the most important things! I would recommend reading the book "What to Expect when you are Expecting" it really helps with those normal Mommy fears and even if you have already had a baby before. It goes through EVERYTHING! I would totally suggest getting it!

Everyone feels like this. It's normal. Just eat a healthy well balanced diet. Try to do some excercise..walking is good. Yoga is very good for you when you are preggo. Denise Austin has some good yoga for preggo women on dvd. Also take your vitamins. You should be etting lots of folic acid in your diet. Lots of green leafy veggies. Spinach, greens, things like that. Folic Acid helps prevent defects that happen in the first trimester like Spina bifida. My brother was born with this 21 years ago. Back then we didn't know this but it's very important. So eat your spinach and greens. Congrats and good luck!

Take a deep breath. Repeat.

It's OKAY! Unless you've had a history of miscarriages, there's no need to stress. It's normal to be worried, and it's certainly not to.

The best thing you can do is be totally informed. I read everything I could get my hands on. By the time I had my son, I recognized every single symptom and sign my body gave me. I knew exactly what to eat, when to exercise, and how sleep. Knowledge of a situation is comforting.

Congratulations!

Just see the doctor and have him monitor this pregnancy, try to relax and enjoy the thought that you will be holding a little one soon.
