There seems to be some confusion as to what I am asking about. I want an actual dwarf, not a rabbit or any other kind of animal.

I think your talking about a Netherland Dwarf rabbit, am I correct? if so there are breeders all over, it just depends on where you are from. I raise them in Ohio, but I have friends all over the US. You can search online for Netherland Dwarf breeders if this link didn't help then you could e-mail them to see what they have for sale. I wouldn't recommend buying from pet stores as most "dwarfs" they sell are going to turn out to be 5 pounds or more and will be mixed breeds. Good luck in finding what your looking for.

Online, you can buy anything online. Be careful through someone might try to sell you an unhouse trained on saying it is house trained. Go and spend some time with it before you buy one.
