Most people just want to be happy. Sometimes happiness involves the work environment, sometimes it involves money. It could be a number of things but generally people don't leave a job if they are happy at it if there is not a good reason.

Well...really...why DO you want to change your job? Better opportunity? Currently stuck in a rather dead end position? Company going under (or downsizing)? Relocation? Closer to home? Better environment? More in line with what you want to do? There are so many reasons to change, but what fits you?

You are always looking for bigger and better ways to use and execute the skill you already possess, and the job you are leaving you've used what you have to the best of your ability and there is no more room for advancement.
