im a blonde hair blue eye 16 year old girl. I have really long blonde hair and i want to do something with my makeup and hair. I have Really Thin hair and i only wear black eyeliner and mascara( occasionally i wear eye shadow) Please help!

You sound gorgeous already, but if you want to do something different, go ahead. www.clairol.com. you can post your picture and then try out different colors on your hair. Work those blue eyes. Don't do smoky eyes. Wear blueish eyeshadow to make your eyes pop. Wear a peachish, pinkish lipgloss. Don't wear mascara. Not only is it bad from you, but you look totally fake with it on. When putting on makeup, play up your eyes with a lot of sparkle, and put a nude shade on your lips. Or wear a bright red on your lips and pink on your cheeks and then just take it simple on the eyes. Don't overdo your cheeks, eyes, and lips at the same time.

well first off...with the hair you can do so much, especially since you said it was long. try looking in cosmogirl, seventeen and other magazines for hair ideas and once you see something you like go for it! don't be afraid of something totally different!! as far as the makeup goes buy an eyelash curler...there amazing and even if you dont wear eyeliner you can just curl the lashes and your good to go...try different color eyeliners...like navy blue, deep purple, brown and black. however the eyelash curler is a must have and after you get that just get regular black mascara (you can even try mascara in different colors too). if you dont like to wear eye shadow you can at least buy one natural color (try bare essenctiuls) so when you do feel like using it, it's there and ready. you can also use blush or a bronzer if your looking for color (on your cheeks) i reccomend a peachy/rosy or skintones color blush over a bronzer. grab a few funky colored lip glosses....bc most of them come out clear, with just a tint of the color that they actually are and have fun! don't be afraid of being you and definately dont be afraid of color and dont over-do it.....remember makeup isnt to make your face, its just to enhance the good features that you already have! if you want someone to give you a makeup make over you can go to MAC, Sephora, Macy's, Bloomingdales and just ask for help. they'll know whats good for you/on you! have fun =] !!

But first of all...i think u must to do is to repair ur physic beauty...
u said that u have long blonde hair....it is straight or curl? better is to choose the one which suit with ur face..if u hav rather "round or big" face, better make it curl...but if u hav "oval or thin" face, better make it straight...
and the next step is "clean ur face" from all black-pores and acne *if u have*..use the right cleanser n anti acne, that must suitable with ur skin, but remember to use toner or moisturiser after using cleanser... oh yeah..n dun 4get to tidy up ur eyebrow too...it's better u tidy up ur face first before using other "make up"...that's the 1st rule...*simply natural look*
n if u wanna go to an occasion or party or hang out wif frenz, u can use some make up on ur face, u can use powder, eyeliner and mascara is a good point ( it can sharpen ur eyes, but dun use it too thick)...and mayb if u wan, u can use blush on, it can make ur face more lighten/colorful...last use lipgloss to glitter up ur lip....but remember dun use all those cosmectics too "excessive" coz it maybe can make u more kitsch, not beautiful...
yeahh..dat's only a little suggestion from me, hope can help u...
but if u really want a total make over, i suggest u better go to a beauty centre...^^
