I wanted to know is there any way to repair the plastic ends of the frames that rest above your ear? My dog unfortunately chewed off one of them and now just the metal frame is exposed.

Sure, the ear pieces can be replaced or just the covers. If you know where you bought the glasses, they will give you new covers for free or at a very nominal cost. My optometrist gives me free ear and nose pieces whenever I need them. They also give me the screws when mine fall out. Don't do like my friend, he used band aids to wrap his ear pieces.

I have used heat shrink rubber tubing to repair mine. You could just use medical tape for an emergency repair. It may not be that expensive to just get the whole arm replaced.

See if you can find any of those protectors that fit on the ends!
