It depends on the person, though I'm not sure exactly why or how. I know that I never bled my first time, so not all women do.

depends on several factors
girl- the hymen may be ruptured "clean"- meaning one drop of blood or so- or it might have a small blood vessel in it and bleed profusely. No rule here and no way to predict.
man- depends somewhat on his size, but mostly on his culture. Meaning the rougher he is the more damage he may do- by accident or by design.
technique- essentially meaning that good foreplay is like a warm up excercise- and means less chances of accidental damage.

In any case, be careful and choose wisely.

It depend on the shape of the hymen, some shapes when ruptured 1ST time having sex, doesn't bleed, some other types resulting reasonable quantity of blood.

Its different from woman to woman. I personally didn't my first time.

Not necessarily- this varies from person to person, and it may not even happen the first time. It would not be bleeding per se- it would be more like spotting.
