last week , i have this problem with my PC. It automatically shutdowns while browsing the internet or playing an online game.

Ive tried antivirus programs/registry cleaners/defragmenting.. but still, it didnt solve the problem...

Finally, I guess that the problem is my CPU.... And when I checked the back of my CPU... i figure out that the fan/heatsink isnt working...

I wonder why its not working anymore coz i dont alter it... and before.. its working fine..

ALso Ive checked my CPU temperature in BIOS set up. This is what ive found out:

CPU temp (112.5 C / 230.5 F)
MB Temp (42 C/105.7 F)
CPU Fanspeed (4354 RPM)

PLs help me... if there is any comp tech here...

is there any program to turn on my cpu fan?

The motor is dead to the fan most likely. Fans go out alot in PC's There isnt a program that turns the fan on. Replace the fan is all you can do.

Hi. If your PC shut down the CPU may have survived. Most are rated for a maximum temp of about 85C - 90C. This is an operating temp, not a destruct temp. The BIOS is detecting a fan speed (4354 RPM) which is a puzzle. Is the fan spinning when you look at it? Is it dirty? There is a program called SpeedFan http://www.almico.com/speedfan.php which monitors temps, speeds, etc., but you have to make sure the fan is at least running. Replace it if not.

I would replace the CPU fan and you may need to replace the CPU as well if the prolonged exposure to heat has damaged it. Your CPU is well above it's temperature limit. I would install a new CPU fan and check the system temperature then if the shutdowns persist I would look into replacing the CPU.

No it won't. generally I attempt initiate earlier i'm thoroughly finished assembling. The force, board,CPU & followers are in. PSU must be there. stir up and it will beep, close it down. This shows me the equipment is working. finally finally end up. set up the RAM ,grab the board disk, hook up the keyboard, mouse, & computer screen and we are waiting to start. the pc will beep at you if the CPU fan isn't working and a errors will arise on the demonstrate screen interior the subsequent fase. close it down -your risk-free. flow away the case facet off and watch, once you initiate up, till you're tender. there is not any OS or board programing till you install it. If the CPU overheats it is going to close itself down. desire it enables.
