You could try and convince people in your area that a Neighbourhood Watch Scheme might be a good idea, the more people you get on side the more of you there are to stand up to the hooligans and hopefully rid the streets of them, pop into your local police station for information on Neighbourhood Watch Schemes and they will give you all the help and information you need, good luck.

Set up a Neighbourhood Watch Scheme, that should get everyone together, and make sure it has continuity. Get your local councillor involved and ask for mare patrols from your local PCSO`S.

I would just say, keep an eye out for things, and if you see anything out of sorts, call the police.*
