You will see it when you see things as they are... perfect... like you... nothing needs to be changed... everything is beautiful and it is meant for you to enjoy... IT becomes real when you see the joy of opening the door and it opens to a lot of doors... It is your responsibility to clean it and make it yours and yours alone... you may share it with other people... Let them see the happiness in your life that they might see it in themselves... IT is when you are focused on another person and not yourself...

;-)

The answer to your question lyes within yourself my friend. You make your own happiness and satisfaction,....and you create all of your own difficulties and dissatisfactions in life too. Learn to recognize that everyone is allowed to agree and disagree with anyone in a civil manner. When you lose your own cool and your mojo sufficiently?...you'll only end up looking like "the loser". Everyone ends up being and looking like a loser under these circumstances. Try to find and see the middle ground of most everything,... if you can. Don't be a continual waffler either though. Yikes! Hear both sides of a story before you commit your mind to anything. There's all ways gonna be an alternative viewpoint out there. You need to come away from things not feeling like you've been stepped on in the process. Who doesn't want that kind of feeling reasonably? It's ok to be wrong and make some mistakes occasionally in your life. You're a human being for gosh sake! Get real with yourself first. Hopefully everyone else will follow your mental lead. Just don't make too many miscalculated conclusions and mistakes if you can help it. Satisfaction and peaceful speaking in your mind will assist you with occasionally getting your viewpoint across. Feeling combative will only steep you up in deeper waters of dissatisfaction. Your mind is your mind my friend. Try to have a healthy optimistic open mind if you can. It'll serve you better during your long runs at this lifetime anyways. No one ever possibly gets everything they want...except maybe your ex girlfriend. Don't worry yourself about her though. You're the only one that can satisfy you seriously. Now simply just go out and do it partner. No one else will ever be doing it for you...unless you let them. Does any of this stuff feel like it's making sense to you yet? Hmmmm...!!!!

Happiness is an emotional or affective state that is characterized by feelings of enjoyment and satisfaction. As a state and a subject, it has been pursued and commented on extensively throughout world history. This reflects the universal importance that humans place on happiness.

States associated with happiness include well-being, delight, health, safety, contentment, and love. Contrasting states include suffering, depression, grief, anxiety, and pain. Happiness is often associated with the presence of favorable circumstances such as a supportive family life, a loving marriage, and economic stability. Unfavorable circumstances, such as abusive relationships, accidents, loss of employment, and conflicts, diminish the amount of happiness a person experiences. However, according to several ancient and modern thinkers, happiness is influenced by the attitude and perspective taken on such circumstances.

By destroying all your desires. Everything is short term here. Even the happiness. Real happiness is something else which you attain by destroying your desires. When the desires are less, troubles are less and there start the real happiness.

That is nothing but being with the Almighty, which is the REAL HAPPINESS FOREVER.

within yourself. Only YOU can make you happy. Sounds like a cheesy self-help book, I know, but it's true.
