It was a finial (weighed 2-3 ond was 20 feet high). she was just walking along. They took the finial from me and I had to tell them to call the police to even get a picture of it. Now they are offering us a small amount and she may have a scar for this.

YOu are looking for a payday and you know you need a lawyer and if you have been looking for one and no one will take your case then its a bad case. People make complaints against Disney world all of the time because they hope to get some free money for a fabricated story. You need to find some lying lawyer to help you extort money from Mickey Mouse.

It depends on how serious the injury was. If it's just a scar, a small amount of money is fine. If it was an injury, go larger. If it was a near death experience, that should cost alot.

The amount of her medical bills, and a small amount more for pain and suffering, is all she should be due unless the scar takes up the entirty of her face.

if they are offering a settlement ,call a lawyer right now! get everything on paper and keep copies you can get a lot more even have her collage education paid for don"t mess around.
