Why are you in the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgendered section asking this?
If it is indeed a lesbian that your are trying to have sex with....My guess is It's NOT going to work, no matter how you say it.
If she is bisexual then maybe you have a chance.
If she is transgendered.....Well, Hey whatever floats your boat!
But if it is actually a straight female that you would like to have sex with, it would be a good idea if you date her first then try to have nice intimate sex together.
I don't think you really just ask, Most of the time it happens in the heat of the moment. Once your making out it just happens, sort of.

I'm willing to bet she already knows that. The funny thing about women is that if they want to have sex with you, they'll usually tell you in some indirect way. If you haven't gotten this signal from her, she's not interested.
