Jobs are subject to bouncing win win situation between the employer and employee. Many parameters are involved from both side. In addition Jobs by nature are not granted for ever, both needs changes continuosly. You have to reconsider all the points of view and then take your decision.

I usually negotiate my salary and raises. If your boss is not willing to give you folding money, how about getting it in benefits. For example, paying 100% for your insurance, maybe recieve bonus'or commisions on your performance. Shorter work days etc. To me , benefits are money too

Do you like the job? Is it where you want to be?

if you dont love it leave it...
as much as i would love to live this motto, sometimes its just not practical to leave your job cause if youre like anyone else in america you have bills to pay. FIND ANOTHER JOB before you quit the one you have.

It is easier to get a job when you have a job.
I agree with the person that said, "Don't quit till you have somewhere to go to."

It is obvious this guy's word is no good. If you have a better offer, and you think it is worth while, take it.
