i have convert a word file to pdf through command prompt but it doesnt open its nature. any one can know about it to resolve the same.

Hi its obvious that by just converting a word file by command prompt to pdf wont make a file actually a pdf mode. you need conversion software like word to pdf and that too available in internet for trial bases ,you can download it and run into your desktop they may permitt you to make word to pdf conversion for limited time and for limited pages after trial period they will ask for money to continue using their software .
So try any conversion software by trial period searching from google , will solve your problem effectively.
