Those detox kits do not work. You really should go and see a nutritionist. They will not only help you with what you eat but advise on what vitamins you should be taking to supplement what you are missing out on. You can overload on the incorrect vitamins so could be doing yourself more harm than good.
Do you drink caffeine? Do you deep fry your food? How do you eat your vegetables.......all these things add up and by still doing the same thing and then using the detox kit you are not helping yourself. Those things are a gimmick and are really not any good and a waste of money and time. You would be much better off getting advice on how to detox through healthy eating/lifestyle.
Go and see someone professional who can help

You haven't mentioned which vitamins you're taking. If it's a multi-vitamin, it's not apt to do anything beyond turning your urine bright yellow - they're worthless - water soluble for the most part and leave your system within a few hours of taking them. Detox is also highly questionable. I've yet to encounter a proper GP who recommends that person 'detox'.
There are vitamins that can make your tummy upset though. Too much vitamin C will give you the trots to the loo, and possibly make your tum all churny-turny. Too much zinc is actually toxic; don't exceed 15-25mg per day, and don't take it on an empty stomach. There's a whole host of issues with vitamin supplements that people aren't aware of, and most people should avoid them unless they know what the heck they're doing.
I suspect that you're just a little worn on the edges at the moment, and probably battling off this weird cold-flu-virus that nearly everyone on the Underground is trying to transmit at the moment.

First of all, why don't you take your vitamins after breakfast instead of at night. You may feel better taking them while you are up and moving around. I've never heard of a detox kit that you put on your feet at night. If it makes you feel so bad; stop doing it. Why don't you ask your doctor if this is a good thing? Anytime something makes you feel like that; it doesn't seem like a good thing. Eating veggies is good but you can over-do anything. You need a variety of foods from the different food groups.
You should ask about what you just said and what I just said to a professional. You can go to extremes with things that may not be good for you. It is not good to continue anything that makes you feel bad. That is telling you to stop. You should enjoy your sleep and wake up feeling great. If you don't feel this way, make some serious changes.I don't understand what you need with a detox kit?
Please, take this seriously. Something doesn't seem right about all of this. Better safe than sorry.
God bless.

I am afraid they really do see you coming! Unless you are allergic to colourants of additives in the vitamin pills I don't see there is any way they could or should make you feel worse. Also it is not possible for you to get any benefit from vitamin supplements unless you eat a particularly poor or deficient diet. Extra vitamins confer no heath advantages.
As far is detox plasters on your feet,I am afraid there really is one born every minute! The whole detox industry is based on the public's gullibility. there is NO scientific or controlled medical data to back it up!
If you have any real health concerns see your GP. He won't sell you anything, and will be honest with you without ripping you off!

You need to get your vitamins from the food that you eat. Your body will not absorb most of the ones you take in pill form.
i can tell you from experience the cutting out all processed sugars from your diet and severely limiting the starches such as, rice, potatoes, and anything with flour in it will make you fell so much better and make you a lot healthier. It is so simple it is sad that people spend so much money on miracle diets. All we have to do is limit our food intake. The portions you get in restaurants is enough to feed 3 people. Whole grain breads are good.
most of the health problems in this country is from the way we eat. Steam your veggies, you can get a good steamer for under $30.00 I take cayenne pepper every day along with fresh flax seed. Grind the seed and add the pepper, you can mix it with your favorite juice "as long as it don't have sugar in it"
I have put a couple of sites for you to read.
Hope you feel better and live a long and healthy life!

The problem could be in the vitamins and detox kits. Try doing without them for a while. And get someone who knows about these things to look at them: Snake Oil salesmen, sadly, are NOT a thing of the past!

Your body may be reacting to the fact that you are having too many vitamins in it as you eat heathily and take vits. Try cutting them out and see how you feel.
If your symptoms persist, try seeing your GP it may be another underlying condition making you feel bad
