i know 3 good game with donwload.
Knight online (a copy of wow ) 2 races human and orc (big surprise) but the environment is not organised, a city and a giant field full monster. and monster are so big it's horible
Dofu (manga style) the basic game if free but if you want a cute pet and all crap like this you need to pay.
T4C (hard to find a free server, graphic like diablo 1 but very funy game) 100% RP
all "free" online withoot download are limited or always full. 90% chance to queue 1-2hours before to be abble to logon. free = 50% chance to register your mail adress ... and good luck with the junk mail. If you dont have money dont play WoW(world of warcraft) It's a realy good game but $$$. I have WoW i'll continu to play it with my friend. Dont think i'm maniac because i say (i play WoW) i have life and i play 9-15hours /week . Somtime in the wekend i do one big raid instance 5hours.
Good luck whit your search and be carfull with dangerous free game. (virus, spyware, pub, ...)

There are a TON of these.
Try searching for "free MMORPG browser" in google for several pages that have lists of links to them. Just note that most browser games are just glorified text games, but there are Runescape like games out there.
