Yes, you are allowed to wear them only at the beach. It is a garment considered beachwear. Anywhere but the beach is not allowed due to decency laws.

yes, in Miami we have Haulover Beach which is a nude beach... quite frankly, I rather take the route of tanning at home by the pool if I need my rear tanned.
