Any defensive player that intercepts the ball can take it back for a touchdown.

Anybody can intercept the ball. But the person on defense that intercepts the ball most of the time is the cornerback or linebackers, rarely the line.So anybody can get it.But the problem is they just have run it.And the worst problem with that is if the line catches the ball, they are mostly big people so they cant run that fast.So mostly linebackers and cornerbacks.

If u have any other questions please conatact me at my email thank you have a nice day.

Every position can intercept the football. Most interceptions are by the cornerbacks and second most are by the safeties. Linebackers are the 3rd most likely to pick off a pass. Defensive lineman rarely pick passes off because it would require either them dropping back in coverage or a pass being thrown low enough that they can pick it off while rushing the passer.

Any one on defense can intercept or recover a fumble. And any of them can attempt to run it back for a touchdown.

They are all elligible in interecept, recover a fumble, and return it for a touchdown.

The Offense does have restrictions on who is elliglible to catch a pass though.
