seen weird things or apparitions out of the corner of your eye, or heard whispers in your ear...when no one was there?
*In case you are wondering I am not crazy, I am just gathering information for a story that I am working on. : )

When I was small about 2-3, my mom said I'd always talk about a old lady that would stay with me and talk to me all the time. Mom said she would watch me talk to the lady like she was in front of me but no one was there. I would tell mom that the lady would try and give me hugs and kisses but I couldn't feel them and when I would look at picture books, I would hold it in my hands in a very familiar way. Mom didn't realize how I was holding the book until months later and she remembered that her Step-father's mother (Granny Mae), who my mom was very close to, held her book the same way as I was. Thing is, Granny Mae died three and a half weeks before I was born.
When I was about 5, mom started asking me what the lady looked like. Told her the nice lady was pink and smelled like apples. Mom said that Granny Mae always wore a pink apron no matter wear she went and sold apple pies as extra income, because her husband had dies years before. About the age of 7, mom said I didn't talk to the lady any more, but now, I'm 25 and I swear to this day, I sometime hear my name said and no one is around or if I'm sitting at home reading or working on the computer and things are quiet, I see stuff out the corner of me eye. Sometimes I think it's the light in the window or something else, but sometimes I honestly think it's Granny Mae. It doesn't bother me anymore, I just accept that there are things we can't explain or comprehend.

Yes, I see things out the corner of my eyes too. It's uncanny that when you quickly turn, there's nothing to see. I only heard whispers once, years ago when I was ironing. I am also working on a story at the moment, good luck.

Sometimes things out of the corner of my eye. Like someone walking by real quick. Or feel a quick breeze like someone just walked close by....
No whispers in the ear though, that would really freak me out.

No I haven't experienced the whispers,yet, but have seen or thought I saw things out of the corner of my eyes..whether they were real or not is unknown
but not so sure I even wanna know..=)

I don't hear whispers, but I do see things out of the corner of my eye very frequently.

I have & I'm not crazy either. It's been happening alot lately - pretty scary. Thank God I'm over the age that females typically acquire Schizophrenia or I'd really be freaking out right now. I think I'm just sleep deprived because of my baby!!!

As a matter of fact I have. I've seen them right in front of me as well, and not just out of the corner of my eye...

I have seen weird things out of the corner of my eye, and then I whip my head over, and it's not there....strange!!

Yes I have. One time I was sleeping in bed and I felt someone sit down next to me, I looked and no one was there. I'm not crazy, but I swear the bed moved and I know someone was there!!

Yes, I'm always seeing "something" flash by, out of the corner of my eye....It's always too quick to see what it is.
