both, prefer grilled. We had Windsor chops in the george foreman this week, they were tasty.

In the winter my husband likes them breaded and baked (yuck) but I prefer them fried with a slice of onion on top. I really like them best grilled outside on the grill, though!

Grilled with garlic salt, pepper(lots) and paprika......What time is dinner? Have you ever tried them in the oven? Put in baking dish (spray with a little pam first), rinse off chops-lay in baking dish add salt, pepper, paprika and open up a can of cream of celery soup (mix it up in a bowl first) pour over top and bake at 350 degrees for about 1 1/2 hours. The creamy topping is great over mashed tatatas! People will think you have a home made gray recipe!

Of the two...grilled...but I prefer them covered in dry onion soup mix and baked..YUMMY
