Well John Mayer seriously must be more succesful than her ex...does anyone remember that he initially claimed he wasn't going to date her because it was a publicity stunt? I think she's only good for a one night stand and that's it!

Jessica Simpson has plenty of her own fame. And you're right John Mayer isn't your typical good-looking celebrity but he sure can sing!

John Mayer may not be a good looking guy, but he probably has a great personality.
I think Jessica is more popular than John, so I don't see this as a publicity stunt.

She might have just been upset because of all the Nick and Vanessa getting married talk so she had to snatch up a bf. John Mayer is probably one of the most unatrractive guys ever so mabye he was desperate enoungh to be willing to put up with her speaking.

he may not be brad pitt but jessica ain't all that either! too me she's just hair and teeth with a long funny shaped nose and she's dingy too! so yeah, i think she's good for the one night thing!
