I do because I always feel happy I have my sight , my hearing, my ability to walk etc, . If I have all that I know that I am very happy with all that I have as well as how I look, which is beautiful to me no matter what.

I think my daughters are beautiful and I am constantly told how much they look like me, so I guess that is affirmation enough.
