Honestly...the best home remedy I have found for dark circles is those tiny single serving coffee pods. They appear to be useless, but, they are actually really great for waking your eye area up. The caffeine stimulates your tissue allowing the blood to flow better around your eye. They wont stain, as some teas might. To use the coffee pods, I wet them and keep them in zip top baggies in the refrigerator. Also, Yoga and Pilates are a great way to get your blood flow moving better (after all, a dark circle is trapped blood in your eye area, you can see them because the skin and tissue are so thin around your eye). Also, every morning, dab rosewater on your eyes with a cotton ball. These should help!

Take a used tea bag that's been squeezed out. Make sure its cool! Leave it over your eyes for about 10 minutes. You willll see a noticeable improvementtt in puffiness and under-eye circles. Be careful not to get tea in your eyes.
Mix one teaspoon flour, one teaspoon milk, a pinch of sugar, 1/4 spoon honey and squeeze half lemon juice. Apply it on face and once it is dry rub the face with wet hands.
Take a teaspoon of tomato juice, a few drops of lemon juice a pinch of turmeric powder and a little flour enough to make a paste and apply it underneath ur eyes where the puffyness and black/purple is

the cucumbers aren't working because they are targeted to reduce puffiness. For the dark cicles you need potatoes. yes just your regular run of the mill potatoe. Just slice em up as you would a cucumber and place them on your eyes. The potassium in the potatoe helps to draw out the toxins which cause the dark circles. You're on your own if they are hereditary.

Unfortunately, dark circles are hereditary. I have had them since I was little. Getting sleep and drinking water will help a little, but won't take them away completely. I have learned to live with mine. If I go out, I will use a concealer.

You should drink plenty of water. A sign of not drinking enough is dark circles under your eyes. I know that sounds like it's not much of advice, but it's true. Try drinking 64oz of water a day for a couple of weeks & see if you notice a difference.
