I had problems with my neighbours. I did not explain but stopped talking to a group ....as they made me suffer huge losses knowingly and unknowkingly....now one claims his health and reputation has affected coz of me.....he is using all types of tools to harass me back.....all neighbours are taking his side except those who know the facts .......now his confindence and anger is all time high......he is using gossips and rumours abt me , giving vieled threats etc and my neighbours are encouraging him covertly , In the mean time i concentrated on my business and now moving to larger place ....how shall i close this chapter ...if i leave he will spread stupid things abt me as i got scared ...i was guilty ......etc....... i have been totally ignoring him ........i may reveal few facts but it may create more problems ....or it may solve ....depends.....but the guy will get furious....

It is best to ignore him like you have. Sometimes it takes awhile for the truth to come out, but it always does. Just move on with quiet dignity.

You should just move and get on with it. You need not worry about someone who spreads rumors, nor the people that listen to them. If you are getting out of the situation than he will no longer be able to harass you. Just be glad it is over and forget about it. When you have something to look forward to in the future, then you can stop worrying about the past.

Personally, I don't give a rats *** what other people think and or say about me, but in your case, it sounds as if the line has been crossed, therefore I'd give him a final warning to mind his own business and keep his mouth shut, and then, if he so chooses to ignore my warning, then I'd kick his ***...
