It is obvious that everyone sins some of the time, but at what point does a person become a sinner? Would you consider yourself a sinner? Who would you consider a sinner?

According to christian belief all humans are sinners. You are born into sin, baptized for rebirth for leading a christian life, salvation for afterlife. We are all sinners, but if you don't believe in sin or the religious background then one will not be a sinner in their own eyes.

God, our Creator, has a standard of perfection, because He is perfect. We are sinners by nature and by commission. Only one sin mars the standard of perfection, so I know I am a sinner.
We should not be whitewashing the concept of sin just so we do not have to feel guilty. We are all sinners and God does offer forgiveness, if we seek Him.

Sin is a term used mainly in a religious context to describe an act that violates a moral rule or the state of having committed such a violation. In monotheistic religions, the code of conduct is determined by God. Colloquially, any thought, word, or act considered immoral, shameful, harmful, or alienative might be termed "sinful".

This definition overlooks the belief in Christianity that sinfulness breaks or distorts one's contact with God. A moral failing that is not interpreted as having this character is not sinful.
Since I don't believe in God I have no sins...but moral failings? My name is legion....

Nope. Some people think pleasure is sin. I don't. I think hurting someone is bad. I really don't use the word sin, probably because I'm not a subscriber of any official religion.

At birth we begin to sin. You can only be free of sin by turning to the Great Public Defender, Jesus.
