I would consider myself to be a sinner. It's the best way to have fun. Actually, since I'm not a Christian, I don't know what "Sin" is. But, I can say that I don't rob, murder, rape, or hurt anyone. So in that sense, I'm not a sinner. I do drink booze, take drugs (on occasion), have marital sex, and don't go to church, so in the Christian sense of the word, I'm beyond hope.

I'm a sinner in the eyes of an angry God.
I was a sinner from the beginning.
But Jesus took care of that and he will represent me when my time is due.

Your concept of sin does not feature in my belief system. My religion does not frown on gay people if supports them. So according to your system We/I am not a sinner.
