yeah there is on order actually if u observe
the list (on the homepage that has pics too of your friends)is in the order of the persons who came online that is were or are using orkut at the time u logged in.latest in the first place n the ones who didinot login to orkut that day or for a long time.
if u observe at times the list changes by itself when u come back on the homepage or refresh the page..it simply tells who is online now..
so whenever u wish u to c ur online friends refresh the page..n know it..

Yes they are in order of their last login .Whoever has logged in recently will come first and consequently the list goes on .
