It looks like your FW810 plan printer is actually a FT2012 FW810 or a FT2212 FW810.
Looking for FW810 doesn't really show much, but looking for the FT number does.
The link I've provided is a CD you have to order through Ricoh that includes your plan printer.

you can text ANY question to 63336 it comes back with an answer all the time its never failed me!

Its called AQA - any question answered.

Its amazing try it out, think it cost a quid tho! but its worth it!
