Mother Mary...poor SAS. Not many people knew who they were until May 5, 1980 - and from then onward they became Maggie's favourite chappies to solve chosen irks elsewhere in the world - esp. Northern Ireland. Since then, fighters of the said infantry have left and written jazzed up books which have been questioned for their authenticity...but the 'sexy' prose had all (red top media, certain Conservative members of Parliament and the worst sort of 'English football fans' abroad)...having orgasms.
We've had 'SAS' based fictional programmes, lots of dodgy 'exclusives' and how to disarm attackers 'the SAS way'.
Why on Earth should Mr. Gascoigne want to make a fool of himself? Seems he wants to let us know he is still around and will get better if he improves with another over-hyped organisation (as he was over-hyped). Could be a visit to someone who will tell him 'what it is' (and how to solve 'it') will help rather than seeing him being filmed sweating-up with The Sun's favourite boot boys.

Gazza is a washed up has-been. he couldnt even make it a month at Kettering without a drunken bust up.
IMO, he'll last 5 minutes.
