Yes it has, but not by these talking heads. Ed Schultz, who goes head to head with R. Limbaugh in many radio markets consistently gets better ratings than the "drug addled gas bag", and the show is only a couple years old. You should listen.

Whenever I listen to Limbaugh, I shake my head in disbelief...at the fact that he actually has a job on the airwaves, and that people actually agree with him! And I think that answers your question....if you don't agree with their thinking, you will not be swayed. If, however, they echo your sentiments, their words will only reinforce your beliefs.

Limbaugh is a demogogue, and people behave like sheep. He has added clarity and humor to the neoconservative barking dogs that rail against more common sense and reasoned policies. Yes, he has helped the rightest of the right wing politicians in our day.
