How can I create an OCR-PDF, and what exactly is that.

I believe what you are referring to is converting a printed document to a PDF file. You would do this by scanning the document, then using OCR to recognize the text. Text is then transferred to a new document and saved as PDF. Some scanner software has OCR built in, or if you have MSOffice, you can use Document Imaging to recognize the text. If you have the full version of Acrobat, you can copy the text and paste into a PDF. If not, paste into a word document and use one of the free PDF converters such as PDF995.
