I asked this question before, here is some more details. The boy and his girlfriend rob a bank. The boy agrees to let someone leave, only if interviewed by MTV. He ends up shooting some crippled guy and in the end, he starts to take a rose out of his pocket and a gunman mistakes it for a weapon and kills him. WHAT IS THE MOVIE TITLE?

I haven't actually seen it, but I think this sounds very like "Pups" (1999).
