it's along the lines of gorgeous, i'm abnsolutely gorgeous. I have a feeling it should come from a modern day musical, but i have no idea

You are right about the musical.The sound track for the ad is part of an original soundtrack of a song from a 1966 Broadway Musical called "The Apple Tree"
The track is actually called "Gorgeous" and is sung by Barbara Harris.

Don't know where "Nellie the Elephant" came from as the first two answerer's think.Unless it was from an old advert?

The song is funnily enough called Gorgeous and the singer Cindy Benson. You'll find it on iTunes. Hope this was helpful.

nellie the elephent thank god 4 that advert i was going 2 go and get my self a big cake and seen that advert and that made me think i get weighed 2morro and a s afellow weight watcher i put the cake back and i have had the right points now all week so hopefully lost weight thanks 2 that advert
