If you go to the craft section of Wal-Mart, or any craft store chain (Hobby Lobby, Michaels, etc.) they sell glue just for this purpose. You will glue it to a correctly sized peice of paper, let it dry, and then have it framed. You won't spend more than $6 or $7 bucks total for the glue/etc. The framing will cost more.

Find a carton sheet and glue pieces on it with a good glue - crazy glue for example.
Or, you can also find a special glue on the websites that sell jigsaw puzzles that you smear over the puzzle after it's done and it glues the pieces together.
I prefer doing piece by piece, it holds better, but of course, it'll take a little time to do it in.

crafts glue from any store will work. It's best to use sometype of backing to provide support. Poster board works very well and it thin enough not to require a thicker frame. A deluted elmer's glue will brush on to the front and dry clear as well.

I used to that, first you put the puzzle together on a piece of cardboard and then carefully flip it over and tape the back of it together, (it is a lot less messy then they glue, and you can take it off after) and then you can frame it.

Yes, there is. There is this glue Modge Podge (I think) is what it's called. You put the puzzle over cardboard or news paper and just cover it in glue, then you let it dry and peel off the backing. You should be able to hang it on the wall.

Use the craft spray type glue and spray your board then lay it on your puzzle that you have turned upside down first.
