im 15 and my breasts sag the nipples touch my stomach and imonly a b cup please help

start lifting weights and it will tone up your pectoral muscles surrounding your breasts and they won't sag as much, also get a better bra that might help

Where an underwire bra and start doing excercises that will strengthen the muscles in the chest. Both of these things will help

well for starters get a tight fitting bra--not the sporty type they only flatten them-and make them droop,then do this exercise--like shrugging ur shoulders,lift both ur shoulders up--same way--try this--make both ur elbows touch from the back-i no it sounds crazy-like how u wud fly like a chicken,swimming strokes r good.and lift both hands and stretch your fingers like ur about to touch the sky

enrol in a gym class. and put emphasis on bench press, this can give you a better shape of breast.
