how can i write a speech in 2 and a half hours?

It has to be presented in a few hours and i don't know what to do im reading books on the topic and stuff

well i don't know how to help you because you didn't say what the speech was for so there is no point in looking for answers from this, but from what you are saying i would say give your opinion on the subject and views about it and where you would like to go with it....well look up business and ethics and moral maybe you could get a inspiration from there.
