If P^2 = 225N and N is an integer, then P must be divisible by 15 (15^2 = 225). But 2^k + 5 can never be divisible by 5, and 2^2007 + 5 is not divisible by 3 either (2 is congruent to -1 modulo 3, so 2^2007 is congruent to (-1)^2007 = -1). So the question doesn't really make a lot of sense. N will be an infinitely repeating decimal and the sum of its digits isn't really a sensible concept.
