Nothing good or bad lasts forever
if your life seems on a downward slide now
accept the fact that it will start going upwards again soon
life is a rollercoaster
up down up down all the way through it
dont give up or feel abandoned
because things are not as good as you want
them to be right now
theres a saying and i think its a good saying
"What doesn't kill you now
only serves to make you stronger
in the end" also short daylight (uk)
at this time of year can make people
feel down,Cheer up good times are only
a stones throw away in any case,-My Thoughts and prayers are with you+good luck+

I think you should make a decision that you are not going to allow anyone else to take you down. First of all - did you know that the month of february is the worst month of the year for people being depressed? You just got thru the high of the holidays, and now its such a dreary cold time. Anyway, when you add lifes trials and tribulations to it, it can be very difficult to cope. Take time to make yourself number one. Do things that make you happy. It sounds as if you have a strong faith and that is a great place to start. So put your faith in Gods hands, talk to him, let him guide you.

You should go see a psychiastrist. Although your primary doc could prescribe meds for you, you may just need someone to talk to. Remember also that yoiu should connect with the psych, if you don't it is not always beneficial. I went to about 3-4 until I found someone that understood me. It kind of the same with medicine, if the doc put you on something, for starters it does take a few weeks to get the full effect. Also, sometimes you may need the dosage adjusted on your medicine and change the type of medicine. You'll get through it, just keep your head up high, do things that you enjoy doing.

This time of year is always tough for those who suffer from depression. Even the most mildest of forms. I suggest you start some type of therapy. Also, consult your physician. Maybe a mild anti-depressent will help. Exercise is always good. Even just a simple walk everyday. Hobbies??? Sounds like we are "in the same boat". I found a great psychologist and am on a mild anti-depressent. I started w/ just the counseling, then decided on my own to try the meds. Helpful!! Hang in there!

Most cases of depression are result of suppressed anger, thus I suggest you find ways to vent your bottled up anger, such as exercise, walking, biking, beating poopy people up, slapping your boyfriend around, and giving your siblings the raspberries every now and then:) LOL bear in mind that laughter is the best medicine, so seek sources that will allow you to free yourself from the real world every now and then...

You are already alive... You just have to see that you still have your limbs completely working... your Brain is not dead.... your heart is still beating... your blood hasn't dried up... your life is still ahead of you... you need to remember that you make your life... do you want to rot and die even if you are alive? So what you need to see is that you are still alive... now you need to choose whether you want to live or be a living dead...
You need to live your own life without someone... you only have yourself to deal with at the end of the day... ask yourself if you did something good for yourself and others today... Live a life of dignity, hope and courage to face whatever life brings... God gave you your life... Now your life is your gift to Him... Make it count...
I hope I helped you...;-)

Don't try to forget the bad times you experienced, you will keep remembering them this way. But accept your state as it is now and try to remember the good times in your life, every kind of good God-given quality will make you feel better as time passes by.
Love yourself, you will love your life
