Hi this is my 2nd pregancy but it is so different from the last one. This time i got terrible morning sick and lose a few pounds. I'm getting better from the morning sick now but the sight of meat makes me sick not to mention eating them. Now i eat mostly vegetables and fruits only and the worse is i crave for ice lemon tea, milk tea ice and coffee now. What to do :(

eat what you can, beans and peanut butter can help with protein, take your vitamins and talk to your doctor at the next apt.

I ate mostly fruits and vegetables along with bowls upon bowls of cereal with 2% milk. While I wasn't ingesting anything very unhealthy, I was depriving myself of certain nutrients and vitamins even though I took my prenatal pills daily. I found out a few days ago that I'm "grossly anemic" and now have to take iron supplements. You're still in your first trimester, which means that your morning sickness might subside, but I would be sure to discuss this with your doctor to ensure that you are not depriving yourself or your baby of anything important. Good luck and feel better soon!

It's ok to not eat meat if the sight of it makes you ill. Just find other sources of protein. You're in ok shape if you can drink milk, eat peanut butter sandwiches, and toss in some beans occasionally. Eggs are good, too. Ask your doctor if you're worried about it!
